List now and take advantage of the exclusive free final value fee promotion. eBay.com.au is offering unlimited free final value fees for 6 days from Sunday 16th March on eligible auction and fixed price listings when PayPal is offered as a payment method (“ Promotion ”).

When?

Starting 00:00:01 Sunday 16th March 2008 (AEDT) and ending 23:59:59 Friday 21st March 2008 (AEDT) ( 'Promotional Period' )

Who Can Enter?

1. Entry is only open to eBay Sellers who receive an invitation via email and who are the intended recipients of the email (“ Participants ”). Participants will be identified by their eBay user name and must be validly registered members of eBay with an Australian registered address. Uninvited Sellers are not eligible for this Promotion.
2. Employees (and their immediate family members) of eBay and PayPal, and persons whose eBay or PayPal accounts have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended or made inactive by eBay or PayPal during the Promotional Period, are not eligible to enter the promotion.
3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all their contact details registered with eBay and PayPal are correct. Participants will forfeit their right to claim the prize in the event that their contact details are inaccurate or wrong or they have an invalid eBay or PayPal account. Participants may check or update their contact information by visiting the Profile tab on the PayPal site at http://www.paypal.com.au or the My Account section on the eBay site at http://www.ebay.com.au .

What listings are eligible for this promotion?

1. This Promotion applies to all auction and fixed price listings of Participants that offer PayPal during the Promotional Period
   ( 'Qualifying Listings' ).Qualifying Listings must be made by Participants on ebay.com.au.
2. Qualifying Listings must offer PayPal as a payment method.
3. eBay will waive its right to charge Participants final value fees on each Qualifying Listing at the time the listing ends in a sale during the Promotion Period. In so doing, eBay does not waive any other rights it may have.
4. Qualifying Listings created before the Promotional Period and scheduled to begin during the Promotional Period are included.
5. Listings in two or more categories are included.
6. Multiple-item listings and Dutch auctions are included.
7. Car parts and accessories are included.

What listings are excluded?

1. Store Inventory format and Classified Ad listings are excluded.
2. Cars, Motorcycles, Boats, Aircraft, Caravans, Trucks, Commercial Vehicles, Trailers, Other Cars, Bikes & Boats, Services & Real Estate category listings are excluded.
3. Listings created during the Promotional Period but scheduled to start after the Promotional Period are excluded.
4. Listings that do not offer PayPal as a payment method are excluded.
5. Listings that or Participants who contravene eBay's or PayPal's policies are excluded. All other eBay fees including listing upgrades, insertion fees, format fees, subscription fees, as well as all PayPal fees apply as normal. Final value fees will revert to original price once the Promotional Period has ended.

How to Claim your Incentive

1. To be eligible for the PayPal credit ( 'Incentive' ) Participants must offer PayPal as a payment option for 100% of their new listings on ebay.com.au that are listed during the Promotion Period.
2. The PayPal credit will be transferred automatically into the Participant's PayPal account. However, winners may have to actively accept the transfer for it to be valid.
3. Credit will be transferred within 28 days of the Incentive end date.
4. Each entrant can only be eligible for one incentive payment irrespective of the number of listings they submit.
5. Participants who reject the credit, or who do not accept it within 30 days of receiving it, will be deemed to have rejected the prize and the prize will be returned to eBay.

Privacy Policy

1. All entries become the property of eBay. Each entrant consents to eBay collecting their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. No further use of information collected solely from entries into the Promotion will be made beyond this incentive by eBay.
2. To facilitate an entrant's participation, eBay may disclose an entrant's personal information to other companies associated with this Promotion (including PayPal) and where eBay deems it necessary to do so. If an entrant does not provide their personal information, eBay will not be able to enter them into this Promotion. An entrant may access and correct any of their personal information held by eBay, upon request to eBay.

Miscellaneous

1. Participation in this Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2. eBay reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. eBay's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
3. eBay does not accept responsibility for late, lost or misdirected entries.
4. eBay is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problem on internet congestion, including injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this Promotion and any problems with transmission of entries over the internet.
5. eBay is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the Incentive or participating in the Promotion, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any Incentive is the responsibility of the winner.
