FAQs for buyers
To be eligible for the “Trusted Collectables Seller” badge, sellers must meet our strict standards. The badge appears only on listings from sellers who consistently meet all of the required criteria:
• Be registered as an eBay business account
• Maintain at least 1,000 active listings on eBay.com.au
• Hold Top Rated seller status
• Have <0.3% Item not received rate
• Have <1.0% Item not as described rate
• Maintain a feedback score of 98% or above
• Have <10% Late Delivery Rate
• Have >$50k GMV in T12M & ≥50% GMV from collectables
• Comply with eBay selling policies
• Successfully complete a manual review verifying a positive shipping experience, with no ongoing packaging or product quality issues
Note: eBay may change the criteria from time to time by posting the updated criteria on this page. eBay may exempt sellers from one or more of these criteria or remove the "Trusted Collectables Seller" badge from any seller’s listings at its absolute discretion.
Collectables are items valued primarily for their collectability rather than regular play. This includes rare, limited-edition, vintage or high-value items where condition & accurate descriptions are especially important to buyers.

There is no application process. The badge will be automatically applied to all eligible listings after you have met the criteria. Seller & item eligibility will be reviewed 4 times per year.
Buyers will be able to find the “Trusted Collectables Seller” badge on the search results page where the item is listed in the collectables category.
