Sellers are subject to stringent criteria to qualify for the “Trusted Collectables Seller” badge. The badge is only shown on listings from Sellers who satisfy all of the following requirements:
Be registered as an eBay business account
Maintain at least 250 active listings on eBay.com.au
Hold Top Rated Seller status
Have <0.5% Item Not Received rate
Have <1.0% Item Not as Described rate
Maintain a feedback score of 98% or above
Have <10% Late Delivery Rate
Have ≥$30k GMV in T12M
Have ≥$30k Collectable Toys GMV in T12M
Comply with eBay selling policies
Pass manual review confirming a positive shipping experience, including no recurring packaging or quality issues.
Collectables are items valued primarily for their collectability rather than regular play. This includes rare, limited-edition, vintage or high-value items where condition & accurate descriptions are especially important to buyers.
