Welcome to the Picture Services Beta. We launched the Picture Services beta to have members try the service and give us suggestions on how to improve the product before we launch site wide.

We appreciate your input and patience as we work through the issues. This page will serve to identify "bugs", which have been reported to us via members and member testing. We will also provide workarounds, if there are any, and comments/updates from Engineering when possible.

Bug	Workaround	Comments
Members must hit the Cancel button six times to cancel out of the IPIX download screen.	If members do not want to download the Picture Services, they should go through the regular links. If members want to access Picture Services but do not want to download, they can try Picture Services in a browser other than Internet Explorer 4.0+, e.g., Netscape.
The one-minute IPIX download causes the bottom half of the page to be blank for one minute.	The "blankness" is due to the Picture Services program being downloaded. After the member downloads the program, they will not have to see the blank area again.
If members use the back button, the photos which were added will be erased.	When a member hits "Back", the Picture Services program automatically refreshes the picture wells. This makes it appear as if the pictures are gone. However, they are still there. The member should check the Preview and Confirmation page to be safe.
Members cannot modify or edit their pictures after they have submitted them.	We are working on this for future versions.
