Refurbished:
Seller Warranties

When buying an item with the Refurbished tick on eBay.com.au, you're purchasing an item that the seller has confirmed is either refurbished by the manufacturer or manufacturer approved vendor (Refurbished - Certified), is refurbished by the eBay seller or a third party (Refurbished - Excellent, Very Good and Good).

You can rest assured you're getting an item of the highest quality. As well as being covered by eBay Money Back Guarantee, for added peace of mind, the seller also guarantees your Refurbished item with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase (available for orders sent to an Australian delivery address).

Your warranty information

Please make sure you hold on to the seller’s information for the duration of the 12-month warranty.

eBay Money Back Guarantee protection

Your Refurbished purchase is protected by eBay Money Back Guarantee for 30 days from the delivery date in case your item doesn't arrive or wasn't what was described.

You can report a missing item or request a return from your Purchase history. If the seller doesn’t resolve your issue, you can ask us to step in and help, and we'll resolve the case.

For full terms and conditions, read our eBay Money Back Guarantee policy.

Making a warranty claim

If the item you received doesn't match the description in the original listing, or if it arrived faulty or damaged, you can start a return on eBay within 30 days of the delivery date.

To make a warranty claim with the seller, please go back to the warranty information the seller sent when you bought the item. They may have sent it via email, or included it in the parcel. That includes all the details of the warranty, including how to get in touch with the seller and make a claim.

These goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
