How are the items cleaned?

All our pre-loved partner sellers go through a careful process of sorting and inspecting items. Some resellers like Reloop store will also ensure the item is carefully cleaned before posting to you.

 If you'd like to know more about a particular item's condition, you can send the seller a question through the listing.

How do I return an item?

If you've changed your mind about an item or there's something wrong with it, you can start a return. Generally, you need to do this within 30 days of receiving the item, but you can check the listing in your Purchases to see if the seller offers a longer returns period.

What is eBay Money Back Guarantee?

eBay Money Back Guarantee covers most transactions on eBay, including the ones with the Pre-loved Partner badge. It means you can get your money back if an item doesn't arrive, is damaged, or doesn't match the listing. Learn more here.

How is this different from Authenticity Guarantee?

When you see the "Pre-loved partner" badge on a listing, it means the item's condition is verified by a brand-authorised reseller or a trusted, quality-vetted seller. Items are sent directly to you.

Authenticity Guarantee lets you shop for sneakers and luxury handbags on eBay and have them verified by professionally trained authenticators before being sent to you.

How do I become a pre-loved partner seller?

We're currently trialling the "Pre-loved partner" badge with a small number of selected sellers. We expect to expand the program in future and we'll be in touch with eligible sellers.
