When does the promotion run?

• The promotion runs from 00:00 (AEDT) on 10 January 2023 and will be available for a limited time only, for as long as advertised on the eBay.com.au site (“Promotion Period”).

Who is eligible for this Promotion?

• This promotion is only available to Eligible Sellers. “Eligible Sellers” means users registered on eBay.com.au who:
• have Australia or New Zealand as their registered address on eBay;
• have an active eBay Plus membership; and
• are invited to participate in the promotion via homepage banners on eBay.com.au.
• Eligible Sellers must activate the promotion and these Terms and Conditions by clicking “Accept offer” on the Terms and Conditions page or on this page here.
• Once you have clicked “Accept offer” you will either successfully be entered into the promotion (Eligible Sellers) with a successful message shown, or you will receive an error message due to one of the above Eligible Seller criteria points not being met.
• The invitation to participate in this promotion is not transferable or exchangeable.

What is the Promotion?

• The Promotion entitles Eligible Sellers, who have activated this promotion in accordance with these terms, to zero insertion fees when creating their next Eligible Listing and zero final value fees on the sale of that Eligible Listing. • “Eligible Listings” means item listings that are:
• newly listed on eBay.com.au during the Promotion Period (i.e. they cannot be relisted items through Good ‘til Cancelled (GTC) or auto-renewal);
• valid on cars only (within Category ID 29690)
• The insertion fees will be discounted directly from the eBay seller fees applicable to the Eligible Listing in the listing process. The final value fees will be discounted directly from the eBay seller fees applicable to the Eligible Listings once it is sold.
  
• This promotion only applies to the insertion and final value fees on Eligible Listings that are sold during the Promotion Period.
• eBay reserves the right to cancel or change the offer at any time.

What exclusions apply?

• The Promotion only applies to cars (within category ID 29690).
• The Promotion only applies to the Insertion and Final Value fees. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotion does not apply to fees for optional features, international selling fees or any other fees set out at eBay.com.au, as varied from time to time. • Eligible Listings will only receive the zero insertion and final value fees until the listing renews, whether by auto-renewal or because the listing is GTC. After this, standard eBay fees will apply.
• You may be excluded from the Promotion if your eBay account is subject to listing restrictions, suspended, restricted or made inactive, or if you fall below eBay’s minimum performance standards, prior to or during the Promotion Period.
• Listings that contravene eBay's policies or fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions are excluded from the Promotion.
• eBay’s User Agreement and other rules and policies continue to apply and are set out at: http://pages.ebay.com.au/help/policies/overview.html.
• eBay reserves the right to verify eligibility of sellers and listings to receive the promotional credit/discount. Persons who violate the terms of the Promotion on eBay.com.au may not be eligible for future promotions/pricing trials on eBay.com.au.
• To the extent permitted by law, eBay is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using the promotional credit/discount.
• Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting the promotional credit/discount or in relation to qualifying listings is the responsibility of the seller.
• eBay reserves the right to vary these Terms and Conditions at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on eBay.com.au.
• These Terms and Conditions will be construed in accordance with, and governed exclusively by, the laws of the State of New South Wales. Each party hereto expressly consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of New South Wales.
• All monetary amounts specified in these Terms and Conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD) unless expressly stated otherwise.
