Offer Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the promotional offer ("Offer") provided by OrotonGroup (Australia), Pty Limited A.C.N. 000 704 129 ("Oroton") and eBay Marketplaces GmbH, Helvetiastrasse 15/17, 3005 Bern, Switzerland ("eBay"). By participating in the Offer, Eligible Customers agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Offer Details 

Eligible Customers will receive an email within 48 hours from eBay containing a $50 Oroton voucher ("Voucher") which is redeemable online at Oroton's official website (www.oroton.com) and governed by the Voucher Terms and Conditions provided by Oroton and accessible below. While stocks last; 6000 vouchers available.

3. Offer Period

The Offer is available from 13 March 2024 (00:00:01 AEST) to 13 July 2024 (23:59:59 AEST) ("Offer Period"), unless the number of vouchers available expires prior to 13 July 2024. 

4. Eligibility

To be an "Eligible Customer," you must 

1. be registered on eBay.com.au and with an Australian address;

2. list an Oroton item within the Offer Period, which meets the following requirements:

i. “Oroton”  is specified in the 'Brand' field and Item Specifics;

ii. the item is listed in the “Clothing, Shoes & Accessories” category;

iii. all of the “Required Item Specifics” in the listing flow have been completed;

iv. at least 3 images are included in the item listing;

v. the listing is live (available for sale) for the entire Offer Period or until sold (whichever is the earliest); and 

vi. the item listed is not a counterfeit or replica item. See eBay’s Counterfeit items policy for further information.

5. Miscellaneous

• Any attempt to manipulate the Offer will lead to automatic exclusion from participation. 

• eBay reserves the right to vary these Terms at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on ebay.com.au. 

• To the extent permitted by law, eBay is not responsible for any loss incurred by Customers in redeeming the Voucher or for any costs, damages, accidents, delays, injuries, losses, expenses, or inconveniences that may arise in connection with the use of the Offer.

• Oroton and eBay are not responsible for supplying another Voucher if the initial Voucher is lost or misplaced by the recipient. 

• Once the Voucher has been shared by eBay, should the Eligible Customer have any enquiries about the Voucher or Voucher code, or encounter any issues with applying the Voucher code, they should contact Oroton Customer Service via email at, customercare@oroton.com. eBay Customer Service is unable to provide any further assistance once the Voucher has been sent, unless there is a technical error with the Voucher code distribution and no code was supplied in the body of the email.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of, or in connection to, these Terms or this Offer.

Voucher Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction 

These Voucher Terms and Conditions (“Voucher Terms”) govern the offering of Vouchers provided by OrotonGroup (Australia) Pty Limited A.C.N. 000 704 129 ("Promoter" or "Oroton"). By using the Voucher, eligible customers ("Customers") agree to be bound by these Voucher Terms.

2. Voucher Redemption Period

The Voucher must be redeemed between 13 March 2024 (00:00:01 AEST) and 31 December 2024 (23:59:59 AEST) ("Voucher Redemption Period").

3. Voucher Use

• The Voucher is redeemable online at Oroton.com with a minimum spend of $250 in a single transaction. 

• The Voucher is valid for delivery orders to Australian addresses only. 

• The Voucher is valid for one transaction only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or on sale items. 

• The Voucher is not applicable to Oroton Outlet products found online at Oroton Outlet (https://oroton.com/outlet/).

4. Redemption Process 

Customers must create an account or be logged in to Oroton.com and will need to enter the Voucher code where required on the Oroton website to redeem the Voucher. Oroton and eBay are not liable for replacing lost or misplaced Voucher codes. In case of issues with the Voucher code, Customers should contact Oroton Customer Service at customercare@oroton.com. eBay Customer Service will not provide further assistance once the code has been issued, except in the case of technical errors with code distribution.

5. Returns and Exchanges 

All orders made using the Voucher are subject to Oroton's standard return and exchange terms and conditions, available at (https://oroton.com/help/returns/).

6. General 

Any attempt to manipulate the Offer will lead to automatic exclusion from participation. These Voucher Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the courts of New South Wales shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any dispute arising out of, or in connection to, these Voucher Terms.
