This offer entitles you to a $50 eBay voucher (“Voucher”) to spend on eBay if you sign up and pay for an eBay Plus annual membership during the Promotion Period (“Offer”).

1. The Offer will only be available for the period that it is advertised on www.ebay.com.au (‘Promotion Period’).
   
2. The Offer is only available to users who have an eBay account with a registration address in Australia, and who have an appropriate purchase history (“Eligible Users”).

Use of $50 Voucher

7. By using or attempting to use the redemption code for the Voucher you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.

8. The Voucher is valid for 30 days from the issue of the voucher on September 18, 2023 (“Validity Period”). The Voucher will expire if it is not redeemed during the Validity Period.

9. The Voucher entitles you to $50 off the total purchase price of item(s) when you spend $50.01 or more (excluding postage costs) on eBay.com.au except on the Excluded Items.

11. To redeem the Voucher, enter the code displayed in the sign-up confirmation page or your ”My eBay” page into the redemption code box during the checkout process. The code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the code once during the Validity Period. 12. Without limiting other remedies and in addition to eBay’s rights under the User Agreement, eBay reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this Offer in circumstances where eBay believes:

14. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using this discount, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.

19. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
