Coupon Terms & Conditions

Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the redemption code for this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
Offer Period. This offer commences from the date and time that the eligible entrant receives a Confirmation Call (defined below) from eBay to confirm that they are a winner in the eBay ‘Watchlist Giveaway’ Promotion (“Promotion”), and ends at 11:59pm on the 5th day after the date of the Winning Coupon Email (defined below) (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time as set out below.
Eligibility. This offer is available to eBay members who:

(a) Are Eligible Entrants as defined in the terms and conditions for the Promotion set out here: https://pages.ebay.com.au/buyer_coupons/2023/watchlistgiveaway (“Promotion Terms & Conditions”);
(b) Added an item to their eBay watchlist on eBay.com.au during the Promotion Period as defined in the Promotion Terms & Conditions (being between 12:01am AEDT on 1 December 2023 and 11:59pm AEDT on 12 December 2023);
(c) Were drawn as a winner in one of the Prize Draws as defined in the Promotion Terms & Conditions, and received a Confirmation Call from eBay to confirm your status as a winner of the Promotion; and
(d) Agreed during the Confirmation Call to receive the prize in accordance with the Promotion Terms & Conditions.

Conditions. This offer entitles you to a coupon to be used to purchase Eligible Items (defined below), with the coupon value to be determined by way of the Prize Draw in which you were drawn as a winner under the Promotion Terms & Conditions. The coupon code required to redeem the coupon value will be provided to you in a follow-up email sent by eBay to your registered email address on eBay.com.au (“Winning Coupon Email”), following your acceptance of the prize during the Confirmation Call as set out above.

“Eligible Items” means items listed on eBay.com.au, except for Excluded Items (defined below)
“Excluded Items” means all items listed in the following categories: Websites & Businesses for Sale (11759), Real Estate (10542), Services (316), Flights (3253), Tickets (1305), Travel (3252), Gift Cards (172009), 11116=Coins, 123416=Other Tickets, Travel, 316=Services,184609=Gift Cards & Vouchers, 178078=Coins, Bullion, 262050=Emerging NFTs, 262051=Art NFTs, 262052=Non-Sport Trading Card NFTs, 262053= Movie NFTs, 262054=Music NFTs, 262055= Sporting Trading Card NFTs, 262056=CCG NFTs, 177027=Software, Loops & Samples

Redemption. To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, enter the redemption code (as provided to you in the Winning Coupon Email) into the redemption code box during checkout. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher. You can only use the redemption code one (1) time during the Offer Period. Multiple items may be purchased in up to one (1) transaction. The code is provided to you as an eBay User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis even though you may have registered a number of different eBay User IDs.
eBay Plus. For eBay Plus members, the standard eBay Plus Terms and Conditions apply when you accept the offer.
eBay rights. Without limiting other remedies and in addition to eBay's rights under the User Agreement, eBay reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this offer in circumstances where eBay believes:

you have provided false information, conspired with others to gain an unfair advantage or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this offer
a sale or purchase of any item as part of this offer has not been made in good faith, including where eBay considers that the buyer and seller may be related parties (such as family members or parties sharing the same dwelling); or
buyers or sellers have engaged in collusive conduct or any other conduct which eBay considers unfair, fraudulent or untoward.

Active. You must be an eBay.com.au registered member with an active account at the time of redemption (not suspended nor made inactive by eBay).
Registered address. Your eBay.com.au account must have an Australian registered address to redeem this offer.
Shipping. Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia.
Returns. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using this coupon, the value of the coupon will be refunded to you by way of a replacement coupon only.
Cancellations. If you redeem this offer and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the value of the coupon will be refunded to you by way of a replacement coupon only..
No withdrawal. This offer cannot be withdrawn into your bank account and cannot be transferred.
Stock. Sellers are responsible for their own stock and eBay does not guarantee the availability of stock. This offer is only available while stock lasts.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, eBay will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the offer.
Changes. eBay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary these terms and conditions, or to cancel or change the offer at any time. eBay will only vary these terms and conditions, or cancel or change the offer where it determines, acting reasonably, that it is necessary to do so to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the offer, to correct any error or mistake, or where it is necessary to do so to protect eBay’s legitimate business interests. Unless it is necessary to update these terms and conditions to correct a mistake or error, or to urgently cancel or change the offer such as in the case of fraudulent activity, eBay will provide 48 hours’ written notice (“Notice Period”) by publishing revised terms on the website. If you do not agree to the variation or any change to the offer, you must cease participation in the offer during the Notice Period.
Monetary amounts. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
