Terms & conditions

  1. Acceptance. By using or attempting to use the redemption code for this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Offer Period. This offer commences at 08:00am AEDT on 24th October 2023 and is available for a limited time only, for as long as it is advertised on the eBay.com.au site (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time, as set out further below.
  3. Eligibility. This offer is available to Poshmark customers with existing Poshmark credits who have completed the following steps:
             1. Follow @eBayAU on Instagram;
            2.  Contacted eBayAU via direct message on Instagram to register their interest in the offer;
            3. Received a reply from eBayAU with details of the eBay email address to which the Poshmark customer can send a screenshot of their existing Poshmark credits;
            4. Have sent an email to the provided email address which references their Instagram handle, and attaches a valid and verifiable screenshot showing that they have existing, unused Poshmark credits. The expiry date for the credits and the account name for the Poshmark account which holds the credits must be clearly visible in the screenshot.

    Only one coupon per Poshmark customer will be issued. eBay reserves the right to not issue a coupon under this offer if, in its reasonable discretion, false, misleading or fraudulent behaviour is suspected, including (but not limited to) if the screenshot appears to be edited or manipulated in any way, or if the validity of the Instagram account which contacted eBay under this clause cannot be verified (“Eligible Customers”). 
  4. Conditions. This offer entitles Eligible Customers to a coupon for $20 off the pre-coupon purchase price (excluding postage costs) on Eligible Items during the Offer Period, up to a maximum discount of $20 per transaction. Multiple items may be purchased in 1 transaction (up to a maximum of 10 items per transaction). Eligible Customers must have an eBay account in order to redeem the coupon.
  5. "Eligible Items" means items listed on eBay.com.au in one of the following categories where the item condition is anything except “new” during the Validity Period:
    1. Home & Garden [11700]
    2. Pre-Loved Clothing, Shoes, Accessories [11450]
  6. Redemption.  To redeem this offer during the Offer Period, enter the unique redemption code into the redemption code box during checkout on eBay.com.au. This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other eBay offer, coupon or voucher, and is not redeemable for cash. You can only use the redemption code 1 time during the Offer Period. The code is provided to you as an eBay User and the limitations on its usage apply on that basis even though you may have registered a number of different eBay User IDs.
  7. eBay rights. Without limiting other remedies and in addition to eBay's rights under the User Agreement, eBay reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this offer in circumstances where eBay believes:
    1. you have provided false information, conspired with others to gain an unfair advantage or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this offer;
    2. a sale or purchase of any item as part of this offer has not been made in good faith, including where eBay considers that the buyer and seller may be related parties (such as family members or parties sharing the same dwelling); or
    3. buyers or sellers have engaged in collusive conduct or any other conduct which eBay considers unfair, fraudulent or untoward.
  8. Active. You must be an eBay.com.au registered member with an active account at the time of redemption (not suspended nor made inactive by eBay).
  9. Registered address. Your eBay.com.au account must have an Australian registered address to redeem this offer.
  10. Shipping. Items will only be shipped to addresses within Australia.
  11. Returns. If you return or seek a refund on any item purchased using this discount, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you.
  12. Cancellations. If you redeem this offer and the transaction is subsequently cancelled, the value of the discount will not be refunded to you and the transaction will still be considered a redemption under clause 6.
  13. No withdrawal. This offer cannot be withdrawn into your bank account and cannot be transferred.
  14. Stock. Sellers are responsible for their own stock and eBay does not guarantee the availability of stock. This offer is only available while stock lasts.
  15. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, eBay will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the offer.
  16. Changes. eBay reserves the right to cancel or change this offer at any time, or to vary these terms and conditions at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on ebay.com.au. eBay will only cancel or change the offer where it determines, acting reasonably, that it is necessary to do so to prevent misuse or abuse of the offer, or where it is necessary to do so to protect eBay’s legitimate business interests including the cost to it of providing the offer. Unless it is necessary to urgently cancel or change an offer, such as in the case of fraudulent activity, eBay will provide written notice of any change or cancellation of the offer by publishing a notice where these terms and conditions appear on the eBay.com.au website.
  17. Monetary amounts. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  18. Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
