Terms and Conditions

Eligible Customers can receive a 2 month subscription to BINGE’s Standard Plan

  1. Acceptance. By redeeming or attempting to redeem this offer, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. Offer Period. This offer is available between 10:00am (AEST) on 29 June and 11:59pm (AEST) 27 September 2022, unless otherwise extended (“Offer Period”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the offer at any time.
  3. Eligibility. This offer is available to Eligible Customers only. “Eligible Customers” means users who:
    1. are currently signed up to a paid monthly or annual eBay Plus membership on eBay.com.au (excludes users currently signed up to a free 30-day eBay Plus trial);
    2. receive an email invitation to participate in the offer, or see an invitation banner on the eBay.com.au to participate in the offer, while logged in to their eBay account;
    3. reside in Australia; and
    4. are new or returning to BINGE.
  4. Conditions. This offer entitles Eligible Customers to a 2 month subscription to BINGE’s Standard Plan (as defined on https://binge.com.au/) (“BINGE Offer”) when they sign up to BINGE during the Offer Period, included as part of their eBay Plus membership. The offer is limited to 1 redemption per person. After the 2 month BINGE Offer ends, Eligible Customers’ BINGE subscription will auto-renew and Eligible Customers will be charged BINGE’s Standard monthly subscription fees (as set out at https://binge.com.au/), unless they update or cancel their subscription within the BINGE Subscription period.
  5. Redemption. To redeem the BINGE Offer, Eligible Customers must enter their unique voucher code when signing up to BINGE on https://binge.com.au/ during the Offer Period. Unique voucher codes can be accessed via: (a) My eBay Message Centre (when signed into their eBay account) and/or (b) email sent to their registered email address (for their eBay account). This code cannot be used in conjunction with any other BINGE offers or if you are billed for BINGE via a third party billing service. Any unused voucher codes will expire at the end of the Offer Period.
  6. Cancellations. If you cancel your BINGE subscription before the expiry of your 2 month BINGE Offer, you will not incur any fees or charges from BINGE. However, if you cancel your BINGE Offer within the 1st month of signing up, you will only receive the BINGE Offer for 1 month as of the date of signing up to this offer.
  7. eBay rights. Without limiting other remedies and in addition to eBay’s rights under the User Agreement, eBay reserves the right to disallow or reverse a discount or prohibit access to this offer in circumstances where eBay believes Eligible Customers have provided false information, conspired with others to gain an unfair advantage or have otherwise been involved in any way in manipulating, interfering or tampering with the conduct of this offer.
  8. Active. Eligible Customers must be an eBay.com.au registered member with an active eBay Plus account at the time of redemption (not suspended nor made inactive by eBay).
  9. Customer queries. BINGE is responsible for the provision of the BINGE Offer to Eligible Customers. For any inquiries related to redeeming the unique voucher code or the BINGE service generally, please contact BINGE at https://help.binge.com.au/s. For any inquiries regarding your eBay account or eBay Plus membership, please contact eBay at https://www.ebay.com.au/help/home.
  10. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, eBay and Streamotion will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in redeeming or attempting to redeem the offer or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with the use of the offer.
  11. Changes. eBay and Streamotion reserve the right to vary the terms and conditions of the offer at its reasonable discretion by publishing revised terms on eBay.com.au.
  12. Monetary amounts. All monetary amounts specified in these terms and conditions are in Australian dollars (AUD).
  13. Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
