eBay Live PAX 2026 Promotion - Days 1 and 2

  1. Acceptance. By entering this promotion, you agree to accept and be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”).
  2. Promoter. This promotion is organised by eBay Marketplaces GmbH (ABN 64 652 016 681) (“eBay”). eBay reserves the right to cancel the promotion at any time as set out in the Changes clause below.
  3. Promotion Period. The promotion commences at 10:30AM AEST on Friday October 9th 2026 and closes at 5:30PM AEST on Saturday October 10th 2026 (“Promotion Period”). The Promotion Period is divided into the following daily promotion periods (each a “Daily Promotion Period”):
    1. Day 1: 10:30AM to 5:30PM on Friday, October 9th 2026; and
    2. Day 2: 10:30AM to 5:30PM on Saturday, October 10th 2026

(each a “Daily Promotion Period”).

  1. Eligibility. This promotion is only available eBay users who:
    1. Are 18 years of age or older;
    2. Have an active account registered on eBay.com.au (the “Site”); and
    3. Have a registered address in Australia;

(“Eligible Entrant”).
Employees, officers, contractors and immediate families of eBay or any of its related bodies corporate or of its agencies or contractors involved with this promotion are ineligible to enter.

  1. How to enter. To enter a Daily Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants must complete a purchase from a listing featured during an eligible eBay Live livestream held at PAX AUS 2026 during the relevant Daily Promotion Period (each a “Qualifying Purchase”).

For Day 1, the eligible eBay Live livestreams are:

  1. the Dillon Williams eBay Live livestream, hosted between 10:30am and 12:00pm;
  2. the Good Games eBay Live livestream, hosted between 12:30pm and 2:00pm;
  3. the PCA Mart eBay Live livestream, hosted between 3:00pm and 4:00pm; and
  4. the Take This Game eBay Live livestream, hosted between 4:30pm and 5:30pm.

For Day 2, the eligible eBay Live livestreams are:

  1. the Kings Comics eBay Live livestream, hosted between 10:30am and 12:00pm,
  2. the therecycleproject eBay Live livestream, hosted between 12:30pm and 2:00pm,
  3. The Popcultcha eBay Live livestream, hosted between 3:00pm and 4:00pm and
  4. the Unlisted Leaf eBay Live livestream, hosted between 4:30pm and 5:30pm.

Eligible Entrants will receive one (1) entry for each Qualifying Purchase they make. There is no limit on the number of entries an Eligible Entrant may receive.

  1. Entries are valid only for the Daily Prize Draw corresponding to the day on which the Qualifying Purchase was made and will not carry over to any subsequent Daily Prize Draw.
  2. A purchase that remains unpaid, is cancelled, refunded, or otherwise invalidated before the relevant Daily Prize Draw will not constitute a Qualifying Purchase.
  3. Prize. There are two (2) prizes to be won, with one (1) prize awarded in each Daily Prize Draw. Each prize is an Arcade1Up Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 X- Men ‘97 Edition Deluxe Arcade Cabinet, valued at AUD $1,195. The total prize pool is valued at AUD $2,390.
  4. Daily Prize Draws. One random prize draw will be conducted at the end of each Daily Promotion Period (each a “Daily Prize Draw”) at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre located at 1 Convention Centre Place, South Wharf, VIC 3006, as follows:
    1. Day 1: at 5:25pm on Friday October 9th 2026;
    2. Day 2: at 5:25pm on Saturday October 10th 2026

For each Daily Prize Draw, Eligible Entrants will receive one entry for each Qualifying Purchase during the corresponding Daily Promotion Period. Each entry will be assigned a unique number, and each corresponding number will be placed into a bingo cage and thoroughly mixed. One number will then be drawn at random. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Terms and Conditions, the Eligible Entrant whose entry corresponds to the number drawn will be the winner for that Daily Prize Draw.

  1. Draw procedure. Each Daily Prize Draw will be conducted by an eBay representative. The person conducting the draw will not select, exclude or otherwise influence any entry, other than by operating the bingo cage and drawing a number at random.
  2. Invalid winner. If a provisional winner of a Daily Prize Draw is determined to be ineligible, has not complied with these Terms and Conditions, or is otherwise not entitled to the prize, that entry will be disregarded and eBay will conduct a further random draw from the remaining valid entries for that Daily Prize Draw using the same method to determine a replacement provisional winner.
  3. Winner notification. The winner of each Daily Prize Draw will be announced at the time of the relevant Daily Prize Draw and notified using the contact details associated with their eBay account within five (5) days of that draw. Each winner must accept their prize and provide eBay with their shipping details within five (5) days of receiving the winner notification from eBay. There is no fee or other cost payable by the winner to claim or receive the prize.
  4. Unclaimed prizes. If a winner does not accept the prize and confirm their details, declines the prize, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts and the prize remains unclaimed by Monday, October 19th 2026, an unclaimed prize draw will be conducted at Level 18, 1 York Street, Sydney, 2000 on Tuesday October 20th 2026 using the same random draw method described above and from the remaining valid entries for the relevant Daily Prize Draw. Any replacement winner will be notified within five (5) business days of the unclaimed prize draw.
  5. Disqualification. Without limiting the foregoing, eBay reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and qualifying purchases and to disqualify any entrant who, in eBay’s reasonable opinion, has engaged in fraudulent, misleading, deceptive or other improper conduct in connection with the promotion. eBay may also disqualify any entrant who eBay reasonably believes has breached these Terms and Conditions, interfered with the entry or draw process, or engaged in any unlawful or other misconduct that may jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the promotion.

General

  1. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, eBay will not be responsible for any loss incurred by you in participating or attempting to participate in the promotion or for any costs, damages, accident, delay, injury, loss, expense, or inconvenience that may arise in connection with your acceptance or use of the prize.
  2. Privacy and Contact. eBay will use personal information associated with an Eligible Entrant’s eBay account for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility and Qualifying Purchases, conducting the Prize Draw and contacting the winner. The winner’s eBay username may be announced during the livestream. The winner will also be required to provide eBay with shipping details, which will be used to arrange delivery of the Prize. If you do not consent to eBay using your personal information for these purposes, you should not enter the Promotion.   3. Changes. eBay reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to vary these Terms and Conditions, or to cancel or change the promotion at any time. eBay will only vary these Terms and Conditions, or cancel or change the promotion where it determines, acting reasonably, that it is necessary to do so to prevent fraud, misuse or abuse of the offer, to correct any error or mistake, or where it is necessary to do so to protect eBay’s legitimate interests. Unless it is necessary to update these Terms and Conditions to correct a mistake or error, or to urgently cancel or change the promotion such as in the case of fraudulent activity, eBay will provide 48 hours’ notice (“Notice Period”) by publishing revised terms on the Site. If you do not agree to the variation or change to the offer, you must cease participation in the offer during the Notice Period.
  4. Any term herein that is either wholly or partly unenforceable will be severed to the extent necessary to make the remaining terms valid and enforceable.
  5. Jurisdiction. The parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of New South Wales.
