Accessing My Messages

You can instantly access My Messages from My eBay and other areas. It’s conveniently located in many places:

• AGo to My eBay
  Click on the "My Messages" link in the left column.
• BSee message reminders
  Just view the My Messages section under My Summary. Find reminders for new messages and alerts.
• CHigh-priority alerts!
  Account alerts are very important. When you have alerts, eBay will show these reminders at the top of the page.

• DAccess My Messages from other eBay areas
  Go to the eBay Home page (or click the Buy button or Sell button at the top of any eBay page). Then check the My eBay At A Glance section for any messages.
