Who Can Enter? Any Australian citizen who is a registered eBay seller can enter the draw simply by listing an item on any eBay site using Turbo Lister. Whether you have never used Turbo Lister before, or are a regular user, you’ll automatically be entered into the draw to win $2000. Entry into the draw is automatic if these terms and conditions are met. If you are not a registered seller, register to sell. What Listings Qualify? Any listing that is created using Turbo Lister and is sent live to any eBay site during between 12:00:01am AEST Sunday August 1st, 2004 and 11:59:59pm AEST Tuesday August 31st, 2004. Please note that for South Australian residents the promotional period applies to listings created using Turbo Lister and sent live to any eBay site between 12:00:01 am Thursday 5th August, 2004 AEST and 11:59:59pm Tuesday 31st August, 2004. Listings scheduled to begin before or after August 2004 will not qualify. Re-listed items will not qualify. All listings and members must conform to eBay’s Policies. Suspended or ended items will not qualify. Listings for which a non-paying buyer / unpaid item credit has been lodged do not qualify. When Is The Draw? The draw will be held at 3pm AEST Wednesday September 15th, 2004 at Level 10, 45 Market Street, Sydney NSW. The draw will be a random draw based on individual listing numbers and will be monitored by Spin Communications. First number drawn will receive AU$2000, 250 subsequent listings numbers will each receive a limited edition eBay mousemat. Mousemats are not for retail sale and have no retail value. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at 3pm AEST Thursday December 16th, 2004 at Level 10, 45 Market Street, Sydney NSW. How Will The Winner Receive The $2000? The winner will receive AU$2000 from eBay via cheque or bank transfer. Payment will be made to the person who is registered under the winner’s eBay user ID. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure that all contact details as registered on eBay are correct. Update your contact information. How Will The Winners Be Announced? The grand prize winner and the 250 runners-up will be published on this page on or before the 17th September, 2004. The grand prize winner will receive a telephone call on the 15th September.
