Who Can Enter?
1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions of entry for The Vault Promotion (Promotion). Entry into the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these conditions of entry.
   
2. Entry is open to all residents of Australia who are validly registered as a member of the website at www.ebay.com.au operated by eBay International AG (eBay) AND are also registered as a member of the website at www.paypal.com.au operated by PayPal Australia Pty Limited (PayPal) (in accordance with their respective terms and conditions, policies and User Agreements). Employees (and their immediate family members) of eBay, PayPal, and agencies/companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and persons whose eBay or PayPal accounts have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended or made inactive by eBay or PayPal during the Promotion Period, are not eligible to enter the Promotion. Entrants must have a valid Australian PayPal account in order to receive a prize.
   
3. eBay and PayPal members are responsible for ensuring that all their contact details registered with eBay and PayPal are correct. eBay and PayPal members will forfeit their right to claim the prize in the event that their contact details are inaccurate or wrong. You may check or update your contact information with PayPal by visiting the Profile tab on the PayPal site at http://www.PayPal.com.au. You may check or update your contact information with eBay by visiting the My Account section on the eBay site at http://www.eBay.com.au.
   
4. If the winner of a prize is under the age of 18 years, the prize may be awarded to the winner's nominated parent or guardian.
   
   How to Enter
5. To enter this Promotion:
1. Register your details as outlined on the Vault Promotion page on ebay.com.au before 4.59.59pm 7th March 2007 AEST.
   
2. Upon receipt of an email from eBay, complete the specified “Transaction” (as defined in clause 5(c) below) on http://www.eBay.com.au during the Promotion Period (as defined in clause 7 below).
   
3. For the purpose of the Promotion, “Transaction” means the successful purchase of three items on eBay.com.au which are paid for using PayPal between 00:00:01 AEST am 13th March 2007 and 11:59:59pm 31st March 2007.
   
4. Each valid “Transaction” will constitute one entry in the Promotion and only one entry per account is allowed.
   
5. At the end of the Promotion Period, all eligible entries in the Promoter’s database will go in the prize draw.
   
6. Unclaimed prizes will be re-drawn in accordance with clause 13.
   
6. All listings and members must conform to eBay's and PayPal's policies and user agreements.
   
1. Any item which is purchased and subsequently cancelled, or for which a refund is subsequently sought, is ineligible to be included as part of a Transaction for the purpose of this Promotion.
   


Entry Periods
7. The total duration for this Promotion is between 00:00:01am AEST Tuesday 13th March , 2007 and 11:59:59pm AEST Saturday 31th March, 2007. (Promotion Period)
   
   Prizes
8. Prize details. Total prize value is up to $257,300. Prize values are correct at time of printing. Promoter accepts no responsibility for any change in prize value after that date.

2	The “Entertainment Buzz” Prize The second prize comprises a Samsung Blu-ray DVD Player and 40” LCD TV Screen and hire of 24 DVDs from Video Ezy. DVD’s will be chosen by the winner, and Blu-ray titles will be included where possible, subject to availability.	The maximum retail value of this Prize is $6,300.
3	The “Sporting Buzz” Prize. The third prize comprises tickets to any sporting event(s) in Australia which takes place before 10 April 2008, subject to availability, to the maximum value of $5000 including GST (“Prize Value”). The tickets will be organised by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s agent. If the sporting event selected by the winner is not in the state where the winner resides, airfares and accommodation to attend the event will be organised by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s agent (subject to availability) and the cost of the airfares and accommodation will be deducted from the Prize Value. The types and level of accommodation and airfares will be determined by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s agent, depending upon the destination. Terms and conditions set out in clause 26 below apply.	The maximum retail value of this Prize is $5,000.
4-234	230 x $1000 credit paid into the Winner’s Australian PayPal account.	The maximum value of each individual prize is AUD $1000 and the maximum value is $230,000.


General
9. Entrants must have a valid Australian PayPal account in order to receive their prize money which will be paid into their Australian PayPal account.
   
10. Prizes 4 - 234 above (PayPal credits) will be deposited within 1 month into the winning members’ PayPal account after the winning member has used his or her Vault key. Other prizes will be dispatched to the winner’s address registered with PayPal within 1 month of the winning member using his or her Vault key.
    
11. No other costs or expenses will be included in the Prizes.
    

When Is The Draw?
12. The computerised random draw to allocate the 234 prizes will be held at 3pm AEST on 10th April 2007 at 15 Grosvenor St Neutral Bay NSW. The draw to allocate prizes will be a random draw, and prizes will be awarded in descending order. Each prize winner will receive a unique key to the Vault by SMS which allows them to claim their prize.
    
13. Unclaimed prizes will be redrawn at 3pm AEST on 27th July 2007 at 15 Grosvenor Street, Neutral Bay NSW 2089 in order to distribute any prizes unclaimed by that date, subject however to any written directions given under Reg 37 of the Lottery and Gaming Regulations 1993 (SA).
    
14. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
    

How Will The Winners Be Announced?
15. The winners’ names will be published on the page (http://forums.ebay.com.au/forum.jspa?forumID=1007) and winners’ names of prizes valued over $100 will be published in The Australian newspaper on 24th April 2007. All winners will receive written (and, where possible, telephone) notification from the Promoter. Any winners in the unclaimed prize draw will have their names published in The Australian newspaper on the 10th August 2007.
    

Privacy Policy
16. All entries become the property of the Promoter. Each entrant consents to the Promoter and eBay collecting their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion. No further use of information collected solely from entries into the Promotion will be made beyond this Promotion by the Promoter or eBay. To facilitate an entrant’s participation, the Promoter may disclose an entrant’s personal information to other companies associated with this Promotion (including eBay) and where the Promoter deems it necessary to do so. If an entrant does not provide their personal information, the Promoter will not be able to enter them into this Promotion. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.
    

Miscellaneous
17. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Conditions of Entry. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
    
18. No responsibility accepted for late, lost or misdirected entries.
    
19. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical malfunctions or problem on internet congestion, including injury or damage to an entrant's or any other person's computer related to participation in this Promotion and any problems with transmission of entries over the internet.
    
20. The Promoter is not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
    
21. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for receipt of incorrect, inaccurate or incomplete information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone, telephone or computer network, or lines, servers, or telephone or internet providers, traffic congestion on any phone or computer network, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participants or any other person's handset or computer related to or resulting from participation or sending or receiving of any communication or of any materials in this Promotion.
    
22. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify the terms of the Promotion including the Prizes and these Conditions of Entry, subject to approval of the gaming authorities in each State and Territory where relevant.
    
23. A key to the Vault is valid for 30 (thirty) days from date of issue.
    
24. Winners who receive PayPal credits will be notified by email when the credit has been transferred into their PayPal account. Winners have to actively accept the transfer in order to access their funds. Winners who reject the payment will be deemed to have rejected the prize and the amount will be returned to the Promoter.
    
25. The following terms and conditions apply to the first prize:
    
1. The first prize comprises:

2. The maximum retail value of this prize is AU$16,000 (including GST).
   
3. The prize is subject to flight and accommodation availability at time of booking.
   
4. Unless otherwise specified as an element of the prize, meals, spending money, insurance (including travel insurance) , taxes, travel to and from departure point, transfers (other than those specified), fuel and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companions . If a winner or travelling companion is under the age of 18 as at the date of the draw, an adult must accompany the minor in the participation of the prize.
   
5. The Promoter or the Promoter’s agent will make all bookings and issue tickets, vouchers etc.
   
6. It is a condition of accepting the first prize that the winner and his/her travelling companions will be required to sign a release of liability in a form to be determined in the absolute discretion of the Promoter.
   
7. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the cancellation or rescheduling of any flights.
   
8. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation of any aspect of this prize, due to circumstances outside its control. In any such event, an alternative element of the prize or a cash equivalent will be provided. Regarding the visit to the movie or television set, and the restaurant in Hollywood, presence by movie stars cannot be guaranteed. The winner and their nominated partner will need to agree to any conditions specified by the appropriate Film Studio and/or Production Company.
   
9. The prize must be taken by the winner and the winner’s nominated partner as stated and cannot be transferred to another person, exchangeable for other goods and services or redeemed as cash. Any element of the prize which is unused will be forfeited and no compensation will be paid in lieu of that element of the prize.
   
10. Unless otherwise stated as an element of the prize, the prize does not include travel, spending money, meals, including room service, hotel car parking, other hotel incidentals, ground transportation, taxes, insurance, gratuities, merchandise or any other costs of a related, ancillary or incidental nature.
    
11. Any expenditure or liability incurred in relation to any extras of a personal nature eg. tips, telephone, laundry etc. are the responsibility and liability of the winner and the winner’s nominated partner.
    
12. The winner and the winner’s nominated partner must travel together on the same flights on all sectors.
    
13. The prize must be organised and taken by 31st December 2007 or else will be void and may not be extended under any circumstances. Flight schedules and accommodation arrangements are subject to change without notice. No changes to travel arrangements can be made once tickets have been issued. The winner and the winner’s nominated partner are responsible for ensuring that they can travel once the tickets have been issued and that all relevant travel documentation is obtained and valid (e.g. valid visas, passports). The Promoter takes no responsibility for any loss, liability or sanction resulting from the failure of the winner or the winner’s partner to obtain and maintain valid travel documentation (including insurance).
    
26. The following terms and conditions apply to the third prize:
    
1. The third prize comprises tickets to any sporting event(s) in Australia which takes place before 10 April 2008, subject to availability, to the maximum value of $5000 including GST (“Prize Value”). The tickets will be organised by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s agent. If the sporting event selected by the winner is not in the state where the winner resides, airfares and accommodation to attend the event will be organised by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s agent (subject to availability) and the cost of the airfares and accommodation will be deducted from the Prize Value. The types and level of accommodation and airfares will be determined by the Promoter, or the Promoter’s agent, depending upon the destination.
   
2. Additional conditions may apply to use of any flights, accommodation and event tickets.
   
3. The maximum retail value of this prize is AU$5,000 (including GST).
   
4. The prize is subject to ticket, flight and accommodation availability at time of booking.

Meals, spending money, insurance (including travel insurance) , taxes, travel to and from departure point, transfers (other than those specified), fuel and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner and his/her companions .
