Offer a return policy
If you have a clearly stated return policy on your items, this helps reassure buyers further. Sellers that offer refunds and advertise the fact to customers may attract repeat business. If you’re trading as a business you’re required by law to specify a returns policy.

Set buyer requirements
This allows you to control the type of people buying your items. You can block buyers from bidding on or purchasing your items based on criteria such as whether or not they have a PayPal account, their country of registration, or their buying history on eBay.
