The promotional rate does not apply to listings revised during the promotional period. Listings created prior to January 11, 2005 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period will be eligible to receive the promotional rate. Listings in all categories, Buy It Now listings, Auction listings and Auction with Buy It Now listings qualify. |
