• Sellers must use auction format on eBay.com.au
• Auctions must have a start price / starting bid of 99c or less (hereafter known as “99c Auction”)
• Any 99c Auction listed on eBay.com.au that starts on Thursday 7th April, 2005(between 00:00:01 am and 23:59:59 pm AEST) qualifies.
• 99c Auctions created during the promotional period stated above, but scheduled to start after the promotional period are not eligible for free insertion fees.
• The promotional rate does not apply to listings that started prior to Thursday 7th April, 2005, which are revised during the promotional period to have a lower starting price.
• 99c Auctions created prior to Thursday 7th April, 2005 that are scheduled to start during the promotional period will be eligible to recieve the promotional rate.
• 99c Auctions in all categories except Vehicles and Real Estate qualify.
• Store listings, Fixed Price listings and Dutch (Multi item) Auctions do not qualify for this promotional offer.
• If you add Buy It Now to your 99c Auction you will receive free insertion fees but please note that you will still be charged the usual 10c for utilising the Buy It Now listing upgrade.
