LG Promotion – Terms and Conditions

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes form part of these terms and conditions of entry for the LG Promotion (“Promotion”). Entry into this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is open to residents of Australia who are validly registered as members of the site www.ebay.com.au . Employees (and their immediate family) of the Promoter, and agencies/companies associated with the conduct of this Promotion, and persons whose eBay accounts have been temporarily or indefinitely suspended or made inactive by the Promoter during the Promotion, are not eligible to enter this Promotion.

Entry Requirements

3. To enter:

(a) search for the clues on the Promotions page of eBay.com.au. Four clues will be posted during the Promotional Period;
(b) find the unique services listing to which the clues refer (“Secret Service Listings”). The Secret Service Listings are marked with a symbol which identifies them as listings which form part of this Promotion; and
(c) send an email with the URL of the Secret Service Listing to the email address which is specified within the Secret Service Listing. Do not use the Ask Seller a Question function.

4. The first person to complete the steps in clause 3 in relation to each clue will win a prize.
5. The Promoter will determine in its sole discretion whether any email submitted fulfils the entry requirements of this Promotion.
6. Only one entry per person is permitted for each clue.
7. The Promoter will determine which is the first person to fulfil the requirements of clause 3 in its sole discretion in relation to each clue.

Promotion Period

8. The Promotion Period is from 00:00:01 AEST on 15 May 2007 to 23:59:59 AEST on 30 May 2007.

10. Approximate retail value of total prize pool is $10,121 at 14 April 2007.
11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable, nor can they be redeemed for cash.
12. All expenses associated with use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
13. The Promoter retains the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.
14. Terms and conditions of the supplier apply to use of the prize by the winner.

How will be winners be announced?

15. All winners will receive an email and/or a phone call notification from the Promoter on June 15th 2007 Winners' names will be published on the Promotion page on www.ebay.com.au .

Privacy

16. 16. All entriesbecome the property of the Promoter upon submission to the Promoter. Each entrant consents to the Promoter collecting their personal information in order to conduct the Promotion and otherwise using their personal information in accordance with the eBay Privacy Policy which is available on the home page of the website www.ebay.com.au. An entrant may access and correct any personal information held by the Promoter, upon request to the Promoter.

Miscellaneous

17. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that all their contact details registered with www.ebay.com.au are correct. Entrants will forfeit their right to a prize if their contact details are inaccurate or wrong. You may check or update your contact information by visiting the My Account section on www.ebay.com.au
18. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or who submits an entry which is not in accordance with these terms and conditions.
19. The Promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into, including in the event of a dispute.
20. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for late, lost or mis-directed entries.
21. The Promoter and its agents are not liable for any injury, loss or damage of any nature whatsoever (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) which is suffered or sustained as a result of or in connection with receiving, taking or using any prize, except any liability which cannot be excluded by law. Any tax liability arising as a result of accepting any prize is the responsibility of the winner.
22. Entries are deemed to be received at the time of receipt into the Promoter's database. The Promoter is not responsible for incomplete or inaccurate information caused by an entrant or occurring during transmission. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction, including any damage to an entrant's or other person's computer related to or resulting from participation in this Promotion.
23. If for any reason this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, the Promoter reserves the right in its discretion to modify these terms and conditions.
