With the exception of a few categories, all items listed from Thursday 7 June 2007 and paid for with PayPal on eBay.com.au will be eligible for at least $400 in PayPal Buyer Protection if the item was not sent to you or was significantly not as described by the seller. Conditions apply*. Also, the new PayPal Buyer Protection may cover certain items for up to $3,000 depending on the seller's feedback score and rating. Conditions apply*.

What qualifies for PayPal Buyer Protection?

To see if the item you are purchasing is eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection look for the PayPal icon in the 'Buy safely' section of the item description page and then check the eligibility requirements in the PayPal Buyer Protection policy. In addition, the new PayPal Buyer Protection will cover certain items for up to $3,000. Conditions apply*.
