Choose in-store pickup
When purchasing an item on eBay, select "In-store pickup" at checkout.

Select a location
Enter your post code, choose a store, confirm your item is in stock then checkout as normal and print out your voucher.

Pick up your items
Go to your selected store, show your voucher and pick up your item.

What products are eligible for In-store pickup?
Select eBay sellers offer in-store pickup. You can find eligible items in search using the filter 'in-store pickup eligible'. Eligible products will also show 'in-store pickup eligible' on both the product listing page and at checkout.
What does it cost?
That's the best part, in-store pickup is free.
When will my purchase be available for pick up?
You will be notified by email (and text if you choose to add a phone number) when your item(s) are ready to be picked up at the selected store. Please review the seller's pickup instructions in the order update email that you receive after making your purchase.
How do returns work?
Please see the seller's returns policy for details. If the product meets the return requirements, it can be returned to a retailer's store location.
