When you pay for your item on eBay.com.au with PayPal you may be eligible for up to AU$20,00 in the event that you don't receive your item or it is significantly not as described by the seller. Some categories are excluded. To see if the item you're buying is eligible for PayPal Buyer Protection check the eligibility requirements of the PayPal Buyer Protection Policy.

If you can't find the answer to a trading problem in eBay's online Help section or on the Community Help boards, email eBay using the links found on most Help pages. You'll usually get a response within 48 hours.
To report listing breaches or problems with another eBay member, first refer to the relevant policy in the Help system. Then use the report links in the appropriate policy page to report the member to eBay.
