Receiving Payments For the security of everyone within the eBay marketplace, sellers are now required to offer PayPal as an accepted payment method on eBay.com.au. eBay policy does not permit the solicitation of sales outside the eBay online marketplace. Note: Transactions conducted outside the online marketplace are not eligible for eBay services including Feedback ,contact information requests and PayPal buyer and seller protection.Items listed as pay on pick up must be offered in conjunction with PayPal in the listing.
If you have already sent the item and have not been able to receive payment, please review the Defrauded Seller page for steps you can pursue. If you are unable to receive payment, you may also be able to request a Final Value Fee credit by filing an Unpaid Item Dispute. You should never accept overpayments from buyers for items where the buyer is asking to be reimbursed for overpayment. Related Help topics | ||
