Services and Tips

Below are some helpful services and tips that you might use after your auction has ended.

During The eBay Auction
These independent third parties provide services that might be helpful to you before your auction closes. You should negotiate these services before your auction ends.
Transportation
Want to work out how much it will be to post your item? Try out the Australia Post Postage Assessment Calculator
Insurance
Need insurance on an item? Most postal and courier companies offer insurance as one of their services.

After The eBay Auction
eBay is only a venue for your auction. After an auction closes, you and your trading partner are responsible for completing the sale.
Contact each other via e-mail
The seller's e-mail address and the high-bidder's e-mail address are available on the End of Auction Notice.
If you have trouble connecting
If you have trouble contacting your trading partner via e-mail, you can request contact information.

If you want to leave feedback
Our community depends on feedback from people like you. Please use our Feedback Forum to let everyone know how your transaction went with your trading partner!

If you are a seller
eBay offers convenient services to you if you are a seller. Quick access is available to these services. To easily relist an item that didn't sell, go to the item's page and follow the instructions there. You can also send your non-winning bidders a Second Chance Offer.
If you are having trouble
