Running your transaction defect or late shipment report

Your transaction defect and late shipment reports give you in-depth information on defects and late shipments, and how they affect your seller status. By reviewing the reports, you get insight into the things that impact performance, and information on how you can make improvements.

You can also see a monthly breakdown of transaction defects and late shipments using the link near the bottom of the Seller Dashboard.

How to run the reports

To view your transaction defect or late shipment report:
  1. Go to your Seller Dashboard and expand the Transaction defect rate or Late shipment rate section.

  2. Select the program you'd like to view (US, UK/IE, DE/AT/CH or Global).

  3. Select the Get full report link to show all of your transaction defects or late shipments, including those we've removed to protect you.

To customise and download your report:
  1. Go to your Seller Dashboard and select Transaction defect rate or Late shipment rate, then select Get full report.

  2. Select the evaluation period and region.

  3. Set the available filters (transaction defect type / transactions with defects / transactions removed).

  4. Click Update.

  5. To download the report as a CSV file, click Download.

Benefits of the reports

The defect report can give you insight into what areas may be holding you back. For example, if you have a lot of seller-initiated transaction cancellations, you can take a closer look at your inventory to make sure you're not listing items that are out of stock.
