I sold an item and have not yet received payment. What can I do?
If your buyer doesn't pay you, here’s what you need to do:Contact your buyer. Like everyone, buyers can have emergencies or computer problems. The buyer may not be able to respond to you right away. If the buyer doesn't respond to your email, you may want to request their contact information and give them a call.
Send a payment reminder. Send your winning buyer a friendly payment reminder between 3 and 30 days after the listing closes.
Open a case in our Resolution Centre
If you still don’t get a response from the buyer, or if you feel that you won't receive payment, you can open an unpaid item case in our Resolution Centre 7 to 45 days after the sale.
