Subscribing and Unsubscribing


Picture Manager offers various monthly subscriptions depending upon your picture storage needs. You can subscribe to or unsubscribe from Picture Manager from the Picture Manager home page.

Subscribing to Picture Manager
You can subscribe to Picture Manager at any time from the Picture Manager home page.

    Subscription requirements
    To subscribe to Picture manager, you must have an active seller account and you must be using a browser and operating system supported by Picture Manager.

    Subscription levels
    Picture Manager offers the following monthly subscription levels:
    • 50 MB of storage for AU$9.99.
    • 250 MB of storage for AU$19.99 per month
    • 1 GB of storage for AU$39.99 per month

    Once you are subscribed to Picture Manager, you will automatically be charged the subscription fee corresponding to your storage level.

    Store Sellers
    Featured Store Sellers can choose among the following:
    • 50 MB of storage for AU$4.99 per month.
    • 250 MB of storage for AU$14.99 per month
    • 1 GB of storage for AU$34.99 per month


    Anchored Store sellers can choose among the following:
    • 50 MB of storage for Free.
    • 250 MB of storage for AU$4.99 per month.
    • 1 GB of storage for AU$14.99 per month.

    Accessing Picture Manager
    After you agree to the user agreement and select a subscription level, you will receive an email from eBay confirming your subscription. You will also be able to immediately access Picture Manager from My eBay. If you list an item using the Sell Your Item form, Picture Manager will replace eBay Picture Services on the Pictures and Details page.

    Changing your subscription level
    You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription level at any time either from the Picture Manager home page or from Picture Manager. Simply click on the "Get more Storage Space" link in the upper right hand corner of Picture Manager. The corresponding price increase or decrease will be prorated and shown in your next invoice.

Unsubscribing from Picture Manager

    You can unsubscribe from Picture Manager at any time from the Picture Manager home page. If you unsubscribe during your subscription month, your account will be prorated based on the number of days you were subscribed during the month.

    Deleting your pictures when you unsubscribe

    If you unsubscribe, all your pictures will be deleted automatically from Picture Manager. They will remain viewable in active and viewable completed listings for a grace period ranging from a few minutes to 30 days that increases with the length of time your subscription was active. When the grace period expires, wherever the pictures were previously viewable by buyers, they will be replaced by a standard eBay graphic indicating that you deleted them. NOTE: If you first manually delete your pictures, they will be deleted with no grace period regardless the length of your subscription.

    Before you unsubscribe you can identify which of your pictures may be in use using Picture Manager in My eBay and, for any that are in use, review the listings that might be affected.
