Insertion fees

About insertion fees

  • An insertion fee is a fee for listing your item for sale

  • Depending on how you sell, you may be entitled to a set number of free listings each month

  • May vary depending on category (e.g. Motors, Real Estate) and listing format (e.g.  Classifieds) and Store Package

  • Insertion fees (when applicable) are charged to your seller account at the time of listing

  • You need to pay the insertion fee even if your item doesn't sell. If your item sells, you'll also be charged a final value fee

  • If your listing ends without a winning buyer, you may qualify for a credit (where an insertion fee was charged) if the item sells upon re-listing

  • If your listing results in an Unpaid Item (UPI), you may qualify for a credit (where an insertion fee was charged) if the item sells upon re-listing.
