Customising your Store's appearance in listings
If your existing Store uses custom pages, headers or promotion boxes, these won't appear when you update to your new Store
. If you prefer using custom pages, headers and promotion boxes, you can revert back to your old Store at any time. We'll be providing more features for new Stores at a later date.
Set up an eBay Store custom listing frame to easily market your Store from all of your listings.
About listing frames
A listing frame can include a customised Store listing header and a left navigation bar. The header can include things like your logo and links that allow buyers to follow you or subscribe to your newsletter. The left navigation bar includes links to your first 30 Store categories.
You can choose a Store listing header only, which will appear at the top of all your listings, or a listing header and a left navigation bar.
Setting up a listing frame
To set up or edit your listing frame:
Click My eBay at the top of most eBay pages. You may need to sign in.
Place your pointer over the Account tab, and then select Marketing Tools.
Click the Listing Frame link on the left side of the page.
Specify how you'd like your custom listing frame to appear.
Click the Apply button at the bottom of the page.
Note: The listing frame isn't included in item title and description searches, so you don't have to worry that your custom category names will violate our search and browse manipulation policy.
