You can increase your chances of a sale, or sell at a higher price, by offering to post your item to international locations. To specify international postage, select each country or region you’re willing to post to, select a postage service, and specify postage costs.
If you’re willing to post your item internationally, but don’t want to specify international postage costs, select the regions you’re willing to post to from the Additional post-to locations – buyers contact for costs drop-down menu. Buyers will contact you for postage costs.
Keep in mind that you'll need to specify postage options for United States, Canada, and the UK to have your listing appear on those sites.

Display it by
Click the Add or remove options link.
Select the Show international services and options check box.
Click the Save button.
Note: If you don't want to offer international postage, select the No international postage option from the International postage drop-down menu.
