Information about closing your Store

If you close your eBay Store:

• All of your current Buy It Now items will automatically end.

• All of your current Auction-style items will remain active until their ending date is reached or they are sold.

• If you change your mind, you can always reopen your Store. We'll save your Store settings for 30 days.

• Store subscriptions are for a minimum 30-day period. If you cancel within this period, you will be billed for the entire 30 days. Subscriptions cancelled after the 30-day period will be pro-rata’d and any overpayment will be reflected in a later invoice.

 Note: You can keep your listings on eBay by changing your current listings to Auction-style or regular Buy It Now. Feature fees you have incurred will not be reimbursed.

Use a mix of auction-style and Buy It Now listings. Listing in both types of formats is the best way to get different types of exposure on eBay and help buyers discover your Store.  Here are some listing suggestions for various items: Unique items: We suggest a high level of auction-style and Buy It Now items to attract demand. Accessories and hard-to-find Items: We suggest an approximately even split of auction-style and Buy It Now. Accessories with inventory depth:  We suggest a higher level of Buy It Now items.
