Third-party logos, services, or representations that appear to validate, verify or claim trustworthiness of eBay members are not permitted on eBay.com.au. Further, while members may include elements of their eBay reputation (e.g., feedback rating) in listings, members may not manipulate eBay information or make claims based on eBay reputation that are unverifiable by the buyer who is looking at the listing.

Seal that endorses a seller, for example “Trusted seller” or “Reliable seller” · Seal that manipulates eBay feedback, for example "100% positive feedback in authentic watches"
Why does eBay have this policy?
eBay does not verify the authenticity or trustworthiness of third-party verification services. Therefore, third-party endorsements of eBay members can create an unsafe marketplace. Manipulations of eBay’s reputation system (feedback system, PowerSeller program, etc.) may confuse or mislead buyers, which also can create an unsafe marketplace.
