Buying with Click & Collect

With Click & Collect, you can buy on eBay and collect your items from your local Parcelpoint or HUBBED location at a time that suits you.

You can also buy items from selected retailers and pick up from their store.

How Click & Collect works

Click & Collect gives you more control over how you have your items delivered, with secure storage at your chosen location until you're ready to collect your parcel. There are no additional charges for Click & Collect; just the seller's normal postage costs (if any).

Here's how it works:

  1. At checkout, select Click & Collect as your delivery option and choose the store where you'd like to collect your item. Then pay for your order as usual.
  2. When your item's ready, we'll send you collection instructions by email or text, whichever option you selected at checkout.
  3. Go to the store or location you selected and collect your item.

Tips
To find items available for Click & Collect, select the Click & Collect filter on the search results page.

To find a collection point near you when buying an item, choose Select a store on the listing page.

Click & Collect from Parcelpoint

If you're collecting from Parcelpoint, the seller will post your item to your chosen location. Allow up to 5 business days for delivery. You'll get an email or text when your item has arrived, with a collection code which you'll need to bring with you.

Here are a few things to keep in mind when using Click & Collect from Parcelpoint:

  • Your parcel can only be collected from your selected Parcelpoint location
  • You'll need to collect your parcel within 7 days. Uncollected items aren't eligible for eBay Money Back Guarantee
  • You'll need to bring both your collection code and photo ID
  • You can arrange for someone else to collect your parcel by contacting Parcelpoint Customer Support

    • Collection (eCP) code
    • Full name of the person who will be collecting the parcel

Click & Collect from another retailer

Click & Collect is also offered by selected retailers on eBay.

If you're collecting from a retailer, they'll get your order ready at your chosen store – this may take a little longer if they have to send the item between branches. When it's ready, you'll get an email or text with instructions on collecting your order.

There are a few things to keep in mind when using Click & Collect from a retailer:

  • Your order can only be collected from your selected store
  • Your order will only be held in that store for a limited time
  • If you're intending to have someone else collect your order on your behalf, add a message to the seller at checkout. Most retailers require photo ID for collection

Click & Collect gives you more control over how you have your items delivered. Your parcel is stored securely at your chosen location until you're ready to collect it.
