Firearms and most firearm parts are not permitted on the eBay site. This includes all sporting, collectible, curio & relic (C&R), replica or imitation, and antique firearms, regardless of their capability to fire a shot. “If your listing violates any part of this policy your account may be immediately suspended.” Other items related to firearms that are not permitted on eBay include:
Converters - Any item which can convert a firearm to have automatic capability
Kits - Any kit that can be used to create a firearm
Magazines - Regardless of Capacity

Generally military weaponry, ammunition and related parts are not permitted, even if the item is described as unserviceable or has been demilitarised or demilled, as eBay cannot confirm that the item has been effectively and permanently altered for lawful and safe transport and sale.
Grenades, including metal military practice grenades, rifle grenades, dummy grenades, grenade launcher attachments and mines may not be listed on eBay. eBay also does not permit the listing of relic, curio, memorabilia or display items that are filled with a permanent inert substance or that are otherwise permanently altered in a manner that prevents ready modification for use as a grenade.
Generally, the Australian Military retains ownership over items issued to Defence Force members and as such these items can only be sold on eBay with the written authority of the Minister for Defence or a person authorised in writing by the Minister. Any listing for Defence Force items must clearly show this written authority.

Many of you have asked us how you can help improve eBay and get involved. One way you can help is by reporting potentially infringing or illegal items. To report an item, use the Community Watch form. By working together, we can make eBay an even safer place for everyone to trade.
If you have questions about the legality of a particular item, please consult the copyright owners for infringing items, or law enforcement agencies for illegal items before contacting eBay. “If your listing violates any part of this policy your account may be immediately suspended.”
