PayPal is one of the safest and most efficient ways to pay on eBay! eBay buyers can pay for their items via their stored balance, bank account or with a credit card simply by clicking the "Pay Now" button on a listing they've won, or by clicking a link in a PayPal Money Request email.
PayPal, an eBay company, enables any business or consumer with an email address to send and receive online payments.
PayPal transactions are safe and secure. With PayPal, buying on the Internet is more convenient and cost-effective than ever before.
Who Can Use PayPal
If you live in one of PayPal's supported countries you may use PayPal to pay for an item.
Buyers in any of the supported countries may use a credit card to pay for an item.
When You Can Use PayPal
If your eBay item offers PayPal as a payment method, you will be able to use PayPal to pay for the item online using your credit card.
Even if an item on eBay is not originally listed with the PayPal payment option, the seller can later sign up for the service and allow you to pay online. However, you should ask your seller about PayPal before bidding and respect the payment methods offered.
You can also use PayPal to pay for any item for which your seller sends you a PayPal Money Request or Auction Invoice.
No Fees to Send Money
There is no fee to send a payment using PayPal. The seller is charged a small transaction fee. An exchange rate may apply to Multiple Currency transactions. For full details on PayPal's fees, see the fees page.
