How do I contact Customer Support?

To quickly find the answers to your questions, click the “Help” link at the top of any eBay page. You'll come to the Help Centre, where you can search or browse the Help topics to find the information you need.

If you still need help, click the “Contact Us” link on the left side of any Help page. This will take you to a special form where you can send an email to eBay’s Customer Support. Note: Depending on the nature of your question, it can take from 24 to 72 hours to receive an email response from Customer Support.

The “Live Help” link appears on the eBay.com Home page (see arrow A below) and several other prominent eBay pages, such as the Sell Your Item form.

eBay does not have a general support phone number. However, using Live Help will connect to a private chat room where you can ask an eBay representative your question—live!

Note: If you use a pop-up blocker, you may want to allow pop-ups for the eBay site to ensure complete display of information and interactive eBay functionality including eBay’s Live Help.
