| Complaints about other eBay members
The large majority of the thousands of transactions that take place around the world every
day on eBay are trouble-free. Unfortunately, there are occasional
problems that members run into when dealing with strangers. Luckily, most
of those problems can be easily resolved.
Please try to resolve your disputes or use the Feedback
Forum as appropriate. If you cannot resolve your dispute, you
can file a formal complaint to eBay.

- Fraud: If you believe you are a victim of fraud,
you can file a formal complaint using our Fraud Reporting and Claims Form. You must file a complaint within 90 days from the listing's
close to be eligible for fraud protection. Most items on eBay are covered by the eBay Fraud Protection Program for up to AU$400 (less AU$50 of the purchase price).
