You can view and manage all of your eBay buying activities from a central location — the My eBay Buying page. For example, you can:
Managing items you’re watching
The Watching section allows you to track up to 100 items that interest you. You can add any active listing on eBay to your Watching list. To add an item to your watch list, click the Watch this item link on the item page.
To manage items you're watching: Go to My eBay. You might be asked to sign in.
Click the Watch link in the left column. You can then do any of the following:
See groups of items – select All, Active, or Ended from the View drop-down menu at the top of the list.
Delete an item from your Watching section - select the check box next to the item title, then click the Remove button.
Add a note to an item on your list – select the check box for the item, and then click the Add Note button. Type your note, and then click the Save button.
Managing items you’re bidding on
In the Bidding section you can view all items you're currently bidding on, whether or not you are the current high bidder.
To manage items you're bidding on:Go to My eBay. You might be asked to sign in.
Click the Active link in the left column.
You can filter this list to see only the items you're bidding on, winning or not winning by using the View drop-down menu in at the top of this section.
Note: After a listing ends, it automatically moves to the Won or Didn't Win sections. You can’t delete an active item that you’ve been outbid on until the listing ends.
Creating custom lists of items
You can create a custom list from items in different sections of My eBay. Then, you can name the list whatever you'd like. For example, you could add items from your Watching, Bidding, and Won sections into a list and name it "Birthday Gifts for Mom."
To create or edit a list, click the Add to list link in the Take action menu of any item. You also can add saved searches and sellers to a list.
Managing your Best Offers and Second Chance Offers
The Best Offer option allows you to make an offer to purchase Buy it Now items at a price that you choose. The Second Chance Offer option allows sellers to offer an item to any buyer who bid on the listing. Sellers can use Second Chance Offers if the winning bidder does not pay the seller, if the seller has duplicate items, or if the reserve price is not met in a Reserve Price Auction.
eBay will add a note to an item to let you know if you receive a Best Offer or a Second Chance Offer. You can also add your own note to an item. To do so, select the check box for the item, then click the Add Note link at the bottom of the section, add your note, then click the Save button.
The lower of the two amounts in the Price column is the highest bid the seller received. The higher amount is the amount of the offer. Buyers can accept, decline, or take other action on the offer.
Sellers will receive an email each time they receive an offer on an item. Once signed into My eBay sellers will access the Offer Management page where all offers on an item level basis can be reviewed, accepted or rejected.
Click "respond to offers" under the action column in the "items I'm selling" section. Sellers can customise a personal message to buyers if declining a single offer.
Sellers can also bulk decline multiple offers. Sellers can select the offers per page and then click the bulk decline button. This is all managed in My eBay
