You can request a refund if you have a credit balance on your account of $1.00 or more. To see your account balance, go to the View Account Status page. A credit balance appears as a negative number on your account status and monthly invoices.

Verify that your address and contact information is current. To update your registration information using My eBay, click the “Personal Information” link under the "My Account" section of My eBay Views.
Method of refund Your refund will be made using the payment method you currently have on file.
For direct debit and credit and debit card refunds, the For direct pay and credit card refunds, the method on file should be the same account or credit card that was last used to pay the account. If you'd like to update your payment method on file so it matches the last payment you made, go to the Seller Account Payment Options page. Or go My eBay, click on the “Seller Account” and update your automatic payment method in the eBay Sellers Fee section
Please allow 30 days for refunds to be processed and posted to your eBay account.
