In My eBay, just click on the Preferences tab where you can update any of the following:

• Registration information: your contact information, User ID, password, and email address
  
• Checkout preferences: your payment address and Checkout display options
  
• Communication preferences: email, wireless email, and eBay Alerts options

You can also contact eBay if you have forgotten your User ID.
