My eBay is the place where you can view, track, and manage all of your eBay buying and selling activity. Besides your own eBay activity, you can also can see important eBay news and announcements, and look at other items and sellers you might find interesting.
How to find My eBay
To go to My eBay from almost anywhere on eBay, click the My eBay button at the top of most eBay pages.
Ways you can use My eBay
The following key points will help you understand a little bit more about how you can use My eBay:
View your information by section – My eBay organises your information into sections. All of your buying activity is in one section. There is a selling section, and one for organising your saved searches, Stores and sellers. You can navigate from section to section by clicking the links in the left column of My eBay. You can also customise your Summary page in My eBay to show only those sections that are most important to you.
Customise My eBay to make it your own – You can choose what you want to see, pick your colours, and arrange your workspace based on what you want to do. Learn more about customisation options for My eBay.
Take action on an item – Almost every item has a pull-down menu containing a list of the actions you can take for that item, including relisting, selling something similar, sending an invoice, making payment, and resolving a transaction problem in our Resolution Centre. If there’s information you need right away on an item, you’ll see it in a bright coloured bar above the item title. Delete, remove, and restore items – You can delete an item from any section in My eBay. In most sections, you can undelete the item for up to 60 days. Learn more about deleting and undeleting items.
Instantly see the status of items you’re buying or selling – The coloured bar over the item title, along with the icons, tell you the status of your items at a glance. Hover your mouse over the icon to read what it means. Learn what each icon represents.
See how much money you've made or spent – In the Totals section, you can view the total amounts of your buying and selling transactions, and the number of items you’ve bought, sold, and watched for the past 31 days.
Link to the pages on eBay you use most often – My eBay features a Shortcuts menu on the left side of the page that you can customise. To add links to the eBay pages you use the most – and to delete those you don’t – click the Edit Shortcuts button.
Save searches and sellers – Save time and work more efficiently by saving searches, Stores and sellers in My eBay. Learn more about saving searches and sellers.
Sort lists in a section - You can sort lists in a section in various ways to see the information that is most important to you. For example, you can sort by time or price, or to see items still awaiting payment or feedback. Learn more about sorting options for My eBay.
Manage your eBay messages – The Messages page in My eBay is where you receive secure, relevant messages from eBay and from other eBay members. To view your messages, go to My eBay and then click the Messages tab.
Manage your eBay account – In the Account section in My eBay you can manage your personal and financial information, your email preferences, and more. To view your account information, go to My eBay and then click the Account tab.

Watching: Items that interest you. Active Buying: Items you’re bidding on. You can see if you're the high bidder. If not, you can bid again. Won: Items still awaiting payment or feedback. Didn’t Win: Items you bid on but did not win.

Sell |
All Selling: All of your selling sections at a glance. Scheduled: Listings that you’ve scheduled to start at a future time. Active Selling: Items you are selling. You can see the progress of your items for sale. Sold: Your recently sold items, along with payment, postage, and Feedback status. Unsold: Items you’ve listed that did not sell.
