Community Help Boards

On eBay's Community Help boards, eBay members answer questions and solve problems together.

To find a discussion topic:

Choose a discussion board and then browse through the topics. Each topic lists the subject, the last date it was updated and the number of messages.

Click on a discussion topic and you'll see every message in that topic, including:

  • the User ID of the member who posted it

  • their feedback rating

  • the date and time it was posted

  • a link to the member's auctions.

To post a message within a discussion:

  • After signing in, click the Reply button at the bottom of any page of messages.

  • Enter your message in the box

  • Click the Post button.

Tip:

To check the spelling in your message before you post it, click the Spell Check button.

To add a new topic for discussion:

  • After signing in, select a Category for your post,

  • Click the New Topic or New Topic with Poll (if you wish to include a poll with your post) button at the top of the page.

  • Enter a subject and description for your topic.

  • Click the Post button.

Tip:

To check the spelling in your message before you post it, click the Spell Check button.

Notes:

You must be a registered eBay member to post a discussion topic or message. If you're not yet a member, you can register now.
