Your Secret Question
All new members create a secret question when they register. If you forget your password, answer your secret question and you'll be able to change it quickly. If you don't have a one, you can create a secret question now.
Tips: Select a question you can answer easily but that will be difficult for others to guess. Treat your secret question like any other confidential information—don't share it.
For security purposes, you might try using an incorrect or irrelevant answer to the question. For example: If your secret question is "What is your favorite food?" you might choose "spinach" for your answer—actually your least favourite food.
If you create your own secret question, choose one that does not have an obvious answer.
If you forget the answer to your secret question:
eBay will send you an email with instructions for creating a new password. Your current password will remain active until you create a new one.
