When will the Basic Upgrade Pack be available on eBay.com.au?
The new upgrade pack become effective at 12:01am AEDST on February 22, 2006. Listings that begin after midnight on February 22 will be charged the new fees, regardless of when they were created (e.g. through a listing tool or through the Sell Your Item form using the listing scheduler feature).
