John Donahoe
President and Chief Executive Officer, eBay Inc.

John became President and CEO of eBay Inc. on March 31, 2008. In this role, John has global responsibility for growing each of the company's business units, which include eBay Marketplaces, PayPal and Skype.

John joined eBay in February 2005 as President of eBay Marketplaces, responsible for all elements of eBay's global e-commerce businesses. In this role, he focused on expanding eBay's core business, which accounts for a large percentage of the company's revenues. John also oversaw a number of strategic acquisitions, including Shopping.com, StubHub and classifieds sites, such as Gumtree and LoQUo.

During his three-year tenure as President of Marketplaces, revenues and profits for the division doubled.

Prior to eBay, John spent more than 20 years at Bain & Company, a worldwide consulting firm based in Boston. Starting as an Associate Consultant, John rose to become the firm's CEO, where he oversaw Bain's 30 offices and 3,000 employees.

In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for eBay Inc. and Intel Corp., John is also on the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College. John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Beth Axelrod
Senior Vice President, Human Resources, eBay Inc.

As eBay Inc.'s head of global HR, Beth is responsible for all aspects of the company's human resources capabilities including recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits and the continuing evolution of the company's corporate culture.

Prior to joining eBay in March 2005, Beth was chief talent officer at WPP Group, one of the world's leading communications services groups, where she was responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of WPP staff worldwide. Before WPP, she was a principal with McKinsey & Company where she was co-leader of the firm's global organization and leadership practice.

Beth received a Bachelor of Science in Engineering with a concentration in finance from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, and a Master of Private and Public Management from Yale University.

Mark Carges
Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, eBay Inc.

Mark joined the eBay Inc. leadership team in September 2008, overseeing eBay Inc.'s platform as well as the technology architecture, software development and site operations for eBay.com.

Prior to joining eBay Inc., Mark was executive vice president, products and general manager, for the Business Interaction Division at BEA Systems, a provider of enterprise application infrastructure software which was acquired by Oracle in April 2008. During more than a decade at BEA, Mark held a variety of senior technology leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer.

Mark began his career at Bell Labs as one of the original architects of Tuxedo, software for constructing highly scalable transaction processing applications. Prior to BEA, he designed and developed early versions of Tuxedo at Bell Labs, Unix System Labs and Novell.

Mark holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MS degree in Computer Science from New York University.

Alan Marks
Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications, eBay Inc.

Alan leads communications strategy for all areas of eBay Inc., including business and consumer media relations, employee communications, executive positioning and issues and reputation management.

Alan has more than 20 years of experience managing communications for top global consumer brands. Prior to joining eBay in April 2008, Alan was at Nike Inc., where he served as a member of the company's global communications leadership team. Here, he led corporate media relations for global product launches, communications of the company's growth strategy, and Nike's industry-leading corporate responsibility strategies.

Prior to Nike, Alan headed corporate communications for Gap Inc. from 1999 to 2005. There, he led media relations, executive and employee communications, reputation management and corporate responsibility. Before Gap Inc., Alan was with Avon Products Inc. for 12 years in a variety of global communications positions. He began his career as a journalist.

Alan received a BA in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MA in liberal studies from New York University.

Lorrie Norrington
President, eBay Marketplaces.

Lorrie has overall responsibility for eBay Marketplaces, a global business unit that contributes a significant portion of eBay Inc.'s total revenues.

Before becoming president of eBay Marketplaces in July 2008, Lorrie had been responsible for the North America business unit, global technology, and global customer service as head of Marketplaces Operations, a position she assumed in January 2008. Prior to this role, she was president of eBay International, overseeing the strategic and financial planning, marketing, operations, product development and business development for eBay's international businesses, including eBay's network of sites in Europe and Asia Pacific.

Lorrie started her career at eBay in June 2005, when she joined the company as president and CEO of Shopping.com, eBay's online comparison shopping business. Prior to Shopping.com, Lorrie spent four years at Intuit Inc., where she first served as Intuit's EVP of small businesses and personal finance, leading the company's QuickBooks and Quicken brands. She then was a member of the office of the CEO, overseeing operations, verticals and all non-US businesses.

Before joining Intuit, Lorrie spent 20 years at GE in a variety of global roles in information services, medical systems, industrial systems and financial services.

Lorrie holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Maryland and an MBA from the Harvard Business School. She is on the Advisory Board of the Catalyst Group.

Bob Swan
Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, eBay Inc. .

Bob is responsible for all aspects of eBay Inc.'s finance function including controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.

Prior to joining eBay in February 2006, Bob was CFO and executive vice president at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS). With financial responsibility for a global organization with revenues of more than $20 billion and 117,000 employees, he oversaw the controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations, audit, planning, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management and corporate administrative functions for EDS.

Prior to EDS, Bob served as CFO and executive vice president at TRW, Inc., and also held executive-level positions at Webvan Group, Inc., providing him with valuable Silicon Valley experience. He began his career with General Electric (GE) in 1985 and spent 15 years in a variety of positions, including corporate audit staff and CFO at GE Transportation Systems and GE Medical Systems-Europe. He left GE in 1999 as vice president of finance and CFO of GE Lighting.

Bob received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. Bob also received a Master of Business Administration from SUNY Binghamton. Bob serves on the Board of Directors of Applied Materials.

Scott Thompson
President, PayPal,

Scott has been President of PayPal, an eBay Inc. company, since January 2008. He has overall responsibility for extending the company's leadership position in online payments. Scott previously served as PayPal's Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer, where he oversaw information technology, product development, and architecture for PayPal.

Prior to joining PayPal in February 2005, Scott worked for Inovant, a subsidiary of Visa formed to oversee global technology for the organization. As Executive Vice President of Technology Solutions at Inovant, he was responsible for all development, support and maintenance of Visa's global payment system.

Scott was also Chief Information Officer of Barclays Global Investors, where he implemented a new strategic technology platform and global infrastructure. In addition, he has worked with Coopers and Lybrand, delivering information technology solutions to leading financial services clients such as Wells Fargo.

Scott received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Computer Science from Stonehill College. He serves on the Board of Directors of F5 Networks Inc. and Zuora, Inc.

Stephanie Tilenius
Senior Vice President and General Manager, eBay North America and Global Platform

Stephanie Tilenius is responsible for the strategy, growth, and financial performance of eBay's North America business and also runs Global Product and Marketing for eBay Marketplaces, a $5.4 billion global business.

Prior to running eBay.com, Stephanie was vice president and general manager of merchant services for PayPal, which is owned by eBay. She built PayPal's merchant services unit, which provides payment solutions to small and large ecommerce merchants across the web, from the ground up into a $1 billion global business. Stephanie also has served as vice president and general manager for eBay Motors, the world's largest online used car marketplace, and vice president and general manager of eBay's Asia Pacific and Latin American operations.

Before joining eBay in 2001, Stephanie was senior vice president of sales and marketing for PlanetRx.com, a company she co-founded and took public in 1999. Early in her career, Stephanie was vice president of business development and product at Firefly, a start-up acquired by Microsoft in 1997. She also worked in corporate development at Intel and AOL.

Stephanie earned her BA in economics and MA in international finance from Brandeis University. She earned an MBA from Harvard Business School and is on the board of the Harvard Business School Research Center.

Michael Jacobson
Senior Vice President and General Counsel, eBay Inc.

As senior vice president and general counsel at eBay, Mike Jacobson's responsibilities include overseeing eBay's legal department, its risk management program, and its policy group. He is responsible for interactions with content regulators, law enforcement, contracts, SEC compliance, and other legal matters.

Prior to eBay, Mike was a partner with Cooley Godward LLP where he was recognized as an expert in securities law. His responsibilities included corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisition transactions, public offerings, and venture capital financing.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, in 1975 from Harvard College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He subsequently received his law degree from Stanford University in 1981, where he was a Nathan Abbot Scholar and a member of Order of the Coif. He also received the Hilmer Oehlmann Jr. award as well as first and second year honors.
